## **1. Definitions**  
- **"Karto"** refers to our multi-vendor delivery platform, including food, grocery, eCommerce, parcel, and pharmacy delivery services.  
- **"User"** refers to any individual or entity using our platform.  
- **"Vendor"** refers to restaurants, grocery stores, pharmacies, and other service providers registered on Karto.  
- **"Delivery Partner"** refers to individuals who deliver orders on behalf of Karto.  

## **2. User Eligibility**  
- Users must be at least 18 years old to place an order or register as a vendor/delivery partner.  
- Users must provide accurate information during registration and maintain confidentiality of account credentials.  

## **3. Orders and Payments**  
- Orders are subject to availability, and Karto is not responsible for any cancellations due to vendor unavailability.  
- Payment must be made through approved methods on the platform. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed based on our refund policy.  
- Karto reserves the right to cancel any fraudulent or suspicious orders.  

## **4. Delivery & Service**  
- Delivery times are estimated and may vary based on traffic, weather, or other factors.  
- Users must ensure accurate delivery addresses to avoid delays or order cancellations.  
- Delivery fees may apply based on distance and vendor policies.  

## **5. Vendor and Delivery Partner Responsibilities**  
- Vendors must ensure the quality, hygiene, and timely preparation of orders.  
- Delivery partners must ensure safe and timely delivery and adhere to Karto’s guidelines.  
- Karto is not liable for any issues related to food quality, hygiene, or vendor errors.  

## **6. Cancellations & Refunds**  
- Users can cancel an order before it is prepared. Once an order is processed, cancellation may not be possible.  
- Refunds will be processed as per Karto’s refund policy and may take up to 7 business days.  

## **7. User Conduct**  
- Users must not engage in fraudulent activities, abuse, or misuse of the platform.  
- Harassment or misconduct towards vendors, delivery partners, or support teams will not be tolerated.  

## **8. Limitation of Liability**  
- Karto is a facilitator and not directly responsible for the quality of goods or services provided by vendors.  
- We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our platform.  

## **9. Privacy Policy**  
- Karto collects and processes user data as per our **Privacy Policy**. By using our services, you consent to our data practices.  

## **10. Modifications & Termination**  
- Karto reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes means acceptance of the new terms.  
- We may terminate or suspend accounts found in violation of these terms.  

## **11. Governing Law & Disputes**  
- These terms are governed by the laws of India.  
- Disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Madanapalle, Andhra Pradesh.
